Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Canada: 7–20 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become available.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
